5. Free Trial

If a free or trial plan is offered:

  • Data availability after trial expiry is not guaranteed.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
  • Upon cancellation, access to services will continue until the end of the billing period.

7. Data & Responsibility

  • You retain ownership of your business and customer data.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data entered.
  • Estackly is not responsible for data loss caused by user actions or third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, designs, and trademarks on Estackly are the exclusive property of Estackly and protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Estackly may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways). We are not responsible for their performance, availability, or policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Estackly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last billing cycle.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
