This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds work for Estackly's restaurant management and POS plans. It applies to subscription fees paid by Merchants for use of the Service. For our general terms, see our Terms & Conditions.
New Merchants can start using Estackly on a free trial plan, with no credit card required. You may explore the platform's features during the trial period at no cost. No payment is collected during the trial, so no refund applies.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard under Settings → Subscription. When you cancel:
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except in the following cases:
Refunds are not provided for partial use of a billing period, change of mind after a purchase, or failure to cancel before a renewal date.
To request a refund, contact us at contact@estackly.com or via our Contact page within 7 days of the charge, including your registered email, restaurant name, and the transaction reference/invoice ID. We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via our payment gateway (Razorpay) and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account or statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refunds for food/order payments made by diners through a restaurant's QR menu or online ordering page are handled directly by that restaurant, in accordance with their own refund and cancellation policy. Estackly facilitates the payment infrastructure but is not the merchant of record for such food orders.
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
